BRITISH PLUMBING – TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: May 2026

By purchasing a British Plumbing membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. MEMBERSHIP SERVICES

British Plumbing provides plumbing support memberships, customer support coordination, annual inspections, booking assistance, and member benefits through independent local engineers and service providers.

British Plumbing is not an insurance provider and does not provide insurance products.

Membership benefits, inspections, and support services are subject to engineer availability, location coverage, and eligibility requirements.

  1. MEMBERSHIP BILLING

Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis unless cancelled by the customer.

Customers authorize British Plumbing to charge the selected payment method for recurring membership fees until cancellation.

Prices and membership features may be updated at any time with reasonable notice to customers.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their membership at any time through their customer portal or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals only. Previously processed payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

British Plumbing reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of services.

  1. INSPECTIONS AND ENGINEER VISITS

Annual inspections, maintenance visits, CP12 coordination, and related services are subject to engineer availability and scheduling.

Appointment times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on demand and local engineer coverage.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.

  1. MEMBER PRICING AND DISCOUNTS

Preferred pricing, member discounts, and promotional offers apply only to eligible plumbing services completed through participating local engineers.

Discounts and pricing benefits may vary by location, service type, and engineer availability.

  1. EMERGENCY SUPPORT

Emergency support refers to priority assistance coordination and support access. British Plumbing does not guarantee immediate attendance, response times, or emergency repairs.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

British Plumbing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, third-party engineers, missed appointments, property issues, or service interruptions.

All services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

  1. PRIVACY

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
