Cancellation policy
PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
British Plumbing memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled by the customer.
Customers may cancel their membership at any time through the customer billing portal or by contacting support at support@britishplumbing.co.uk.
Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles only. Membership fees already processed are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Customers will continue to receive membership benefits until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.
British Plumbing reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships in cases of misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or unpaid balances.
Annual inspections, maintenance visits, discounted services, and member benefits are subject to engineer availability, eligibility, and location coverage.
British Plumbing is not an insurance provider and does not offer insurance products.
