RETURN & REFUND POLICY
British Plumbing provides digital memberships and plumbing support services. No physical goods are shipped.
Membership payments are generally non-refundable once processed.
Customers may cancel their membership at any time through the customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents future renewals only.
If a customer believes they were charged incorrectly, they should contact support at support@britishplumbing.co.uk and we will investigate the issue.
British Plumbing reserves the right to issue refunds, credits, or goodwill adjustments at its sole discretion.
Membership benefits, inspections, maintenance visits, and support services remain subject to engineer availability and eligibility requirements.
